Receiving Associate – Medley, FL
We are hiring a Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Medley . The ideal candidate will have warehouse receiving experience and be responsible for unloading shipments, verifying deliveries, staging materials, and maintaining accurate receiving documentation.
Pay Rate: $17/hour + Overtime
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (until work is completed)

Hours: 40 hours per week + plenty of overtime opportunities
Receiving Associate Responsibilities:- Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming products against shipping documents.
- Complete receiving paperwork accurately and on time.
- Stage and label materials for put-away.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Support inventory counts and daily warehouse operations.
- Previous warehouse receiving experience required.
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- SAP ERP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
