This role provides services at a dynamic preschool center and surrounding preschools, helping young children achieve milestones that set them up for lifelong success. This in-person position begins at the end of August 2026 and extends through November, offering a unique chance to work with a diverse preschool population. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) valid in Oregon
• Previous experience in school or early childhood settings is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to cultivating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services and assessments for students ages 3-5
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer consultation and strategies for classroom adaptations and sensory needs
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school policies
• Partner with families to support carryover of skills at home
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
