This is a full-time, direct hire role with IST Management Services. The Vehicle Porter/Office Services Clerk will be mainly responsible for assisting with San Francisco bay area site operations and services provided, including driving company vehicles/fleet management./ppServices provided on-site varies depending on assigned site location but includes and is not limited to mailroom services, copy/print services, hospitality, taking client company vehicles to different local vendors for service (fleet service), in addition to other administrative tasks as needed to support client needs. Ideal candidates will be safety oriented, possess a strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid CA drivers license and willingness to submit to a MVR in order to be eligible to operate company vehicles for servicing./ppThis role is full time, M-F first shift hours and hours will range depending on assigned site location. No more than one site per day. Position will provide coverage for mainly one site location in Berkley, but includes additional site locations in the San Francisco bay area as needed. Professional dress code and standards are required. Prior office or administrative experience a plus.
