Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead performance improvement across our energy generation and supply chain assets. In this executive role, you will design and deliver strategies that maximize plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability while reducing cost and carbon intensity. Partnering with engineering, operations, and commercial leaders, you’ll use data-driven insight, advanced analytics, and best-practice process improvement to optimize end-to-end value chains. You will sponsor major transformation projects, mentor a high-performing team, and help shape Drax’s journey to a zero-carbon, lower-cost energy future within an inclusive, empowering culture.
