$15.00 – $28.00/hr* Shift may start between 8:00am – 4:00pm Shift may start between 4:00am – 9:00am Role summary Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. What you’ll do Work in deli, bakery, or dry grocery departments providing front‑line customer service. Clean shelves, maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products. Assist customers in finding products, placing orders, and celebrating special moments. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Serve and prepare ready‑to‑eat food. What you’ll bring Help customers find the products they are looking for. Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce. Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
