Role description Technical Recruiter – Lead II You Are We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for technical and IT roles across multiple skill sets. This role works closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality talent efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The opportunity Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, ERP, and related skills Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and cultural alignment Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer processes Maintain accurate data and reporting in the ATS; track pipeline health, aging, and conversion metrics Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges in the Virginia and broader US market Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and company hiring policies Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding support Note: This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. What you need 5-8 years of experience in technical recruiting Proven experience hiring for IT/technology roles in the US market Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for federal, healthcare, or regulated environments (nice to have) Familiarity with hybrid/remote hiring models Role Location & Compensation Role Location: Remote Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 Benefits Full-time employees accrue paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and may participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
