Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.Duties and Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly financial statements and supplemental reportingPrepare payroll calculations for sales staff that are on commission-based pay plansCost and post all new and pre-owned car dealsPrepare monthly account reconciliationsParticipate in the annual budgeting process, and provide monthly reporting comparing actual results to budgetVarious other reporting and reconciliations as requiredWhat we need from you:Detail oriented and organized in workAA degree in Accounting preferred but not requiredThree plus years accounting experienceExpert excel skillsAbility to meet assigned deadlinesWorking knowledge of other Microsoft Office applicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with CDK dealership management software preferredAbility to work well in a team environment
