Trauma-Informed Housing Case Manager

Shelter House is hiring a Case Manager in Fairfax, VA to support families at risk of homelessness or newly housed. You will manage a caseload of 18–20 families, applying a housing-first approach with trauma-informed care to promote long-term self-sufficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, a state driver’s license, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends.
