Duties Deliver a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology, anatomy, and pain management goals Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and provide post-session recommendations for continued wellness Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Stay current with industry best practices and expand your skill set through ongoing education in areas such as med spa treatments and advanced massage techniques Ensure a safe environment by adhering to CPR guidelines and maintaining proper sanitation standards throughout all treatments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or occupational health specialists to optimize patient care and recovery strategies Experience Proven experience as a licensed massage therapist with a strong background in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques relevant to therapeutic massage practices Prior experience is a must Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and build lasting relationships CPR certification and additional certifications in specialized therapies or occupational health are a plus Familiarity with customer service principles to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing lives through expert touch and compassionate care.
