About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to play a pivotal role in its significant business transformation. This is a builder's role, with a focus on developing the financial infrastructure to support the company's new, growth-oriented model. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad scope of financial activities, including FP&A, Treasury, and strategic finance. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in a PE-backed environment, capable of both running a rigorous day-to-day finance function and building the systems, reporting, and business plans required for a platform with real EBITDA targets. The VP, Finance will be a key partner in driving the company's growth strategy, particularly in the areas of new revenue streams and digital expansion. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in FP&A and finance leadership, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a SaaS company. The role requires advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, as well as experience with recurring revenue, licensing, subscription, or royalty/distribution models. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of translating financial complexity into clear narratives for executives and the board. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. The role also involves treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships, and experience in this area is essential.
