Administrative Assistant I
Community Action
This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of the community center and facilitates communication with other parts of the Council to ensure program support to the center.
- High school diploma or a GED is required. Post-secondary or special training is preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required in some communities.
- Five years of experience in clerical support including data entry.
- Must pass a Microsoft Word, typing and excel test.
- Knowledge of presentations software is preferred.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritize duties and work with staff to complete tasks.
