Senior Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Individual (1040), Partnership, and S Corporation tax returns with accuracy and timeliness Identify tax planning opportunities while recognizing potential compliance risks Partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and operations teams to provide a seamless client experience Educate clients on tax requirements, financial responsibilities, and best practices for business success Maintain organized client records, documentation, and filing deadlines with exceptional attention to detail Troubleshoot tax-related issues and help keep projects moving efficiently during peak filing seasons Take on increasing responsibility as the tax department and organization continue to experience significant growth Qualifications At least 5 years of tax preparation experience Experience preparing Individual (1040), Partnership, and/or S Corporation tax returns preferred Strong client service and relationship management skills Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software is preferred Interest in working with innovative businesses and clients in a dynamic, non-traditional industry is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
