Strategic Art DirectorFrom viral TikTok sensations to the shelves of some of the largest retailers, Piping Rock is redefining the future of wellness.We're one of the fastest-growing health and wellness companies in the U.S., bringing innovative brands including Nature's Truth®, NeoCell®, Vitafusion®, Rainbow Light®, Natural Vitality®, Renew Life® and more to millions of consumers worldwide.Our creative team doesn't just make things look beautiful we build brands consumers discover, trust and love across retail, ecommerce, social media and every touchpoint in between.If you're energized by creating trend-driven work, bringing ideas to life at speed, and shaping brands that shoppers notice, we'd love to meet youWe're looking for a strategic, trend-savvy Art Director to lead the visual development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio of health and wellness brands.This role blends creative vision with business strategy, leading the development of compelling brand experiences across retail, shopper marketing, ecommerce, social media, packaging, trade marketing, and more.As Art Director, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Shopper Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Ecommerce, and Creative to deliver innovative work that strengthens our brands, connects with consumers, and drives business growth.This is an opportunity to influence the creative direction of nationally recognized wellness brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly from concept to market.Creative LeadershipLead the creative vision across a portfolio of health and wellness brands while ensuring consistency with each brand's identity and business objectives.Develop compelling creative across retail, shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, packaging, trade shows, digital campaigns, and sales materials.Create breakthrough visual concepts that capture attention in-store, online, and across social platforms.Strategic CollaborationPartner with Sales and Marketing teams to design visually impactful assets that drive wholesale partner engagement and sales.Act as a liaison between internal creative teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a face-paced and dynamic environment.Balance creative excellence with speed, efficiency, and evolving business priorities.Innovation & Trend LeadershipStay ahead of emerging design, retail, social, and consumer trends.Bring fresh ideas inspired by fashion, beauty, wellness, digital culture, and evolving shopper behavior.Explore new creative technologies and AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and elevate creative output.QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or brandingProven experience working within the natural health, wellness, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Experience with Figma and collaborative design tools a plus.Strong understanding of branding, print production, shopper and digital marketing.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events, Summer Picnic, Festive Packages, Holiday Celebrations, and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011, Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Island's Top Workplaces Award 8 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
