Treatment Coordinator

Overview As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. Schedule (days/hours) Monday through Friday Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams Qualifications At least one year of related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Compensation $18-$20/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
