About the Role As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Midwest Best Block , you are responsible for: The maintenance of automated machinery. Inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on all manufacturing machinery (including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems). Reading schematics, blueprints, and a voltage meter (requiring solid understanding of 24 V, AC/DC, 110 V, transformers, conductors, relays, single- and three-phase motors, and 480 V). Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (using Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up). Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (using Allen Bradley or Siemens products). Assisting with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility. About You At least two years as a manufacturing maintenance technician. At least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting. Experience working in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment.
