This role partners closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, lead system implementations, and deliver analytical insights that drive informed decision-making.**This role...*** Serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of revenue cycle management* Provides strategic insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making* Leads the development and implementation of advanced revenue cycle strategies* Supports and develops Billing Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement* Ensures timely and accurate client invoicing* Utilizes advanced data tools (e.g., Access, databases) to support complex invoice creation* Designs and improves process flows with minimal oversight* Develops and maintains internal controls for invoice preparation and ensures SOX compliance* Maintains process documentation and cycle narratives for billing operations* Conducts internal, external, and client contract audits as needed* Aligns policies and procedures with evolving processes* Leads special projects, including complex system implementations* Facilitates team meetings to drive collaboration and process improvements* Manages operational scope of complex, cross-functional projects* Identifies opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and functionality* Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders* Establishes goals and provides regular updates on project progress and performance* Drives accountability and adherence to deadlines within the team* Performs additional duties and leads projects as assigned**We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required* Seven (7) plus years of experience in financial analysis and/or billing in a high-volume, data-intensive environment* Experience in healthcare or logistics preferred* Experience in a public company with SOX-compliant internal controls preferred* Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience* In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management* Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets* Detail-oriented with an innovative mindset* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong customer focus and decision-making capabilities* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, power queries)* Proficiency in Access and SQL* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently* Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues* Strong relationship-building skills* Ability to perform effectively under pressureSalary: $72,000-$87,000This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.Modivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
