You will be working with an elite team of accounting and finance professionals who are writing the history of our organization and guiding our success as a global industry leader.This role will communicate and work directly with senior operational and medical leadership daily, performing regular and ad-hoc financial analyses to drive the performance of our clinics. That's a lot of responsibility, but you will have the support and resources of a Fortune 5 industry leader behind you every step of the way.If you are located in Golden, CO, you will follow an office-based schedule with three in-office days per week.Primary Responsibilities: Provider Compensation and Incentive Calculations:Perform monthly and quarterly calculations of provider productivity and quality initiatives that adjust their compensationDevelop reporting results and present to Sr. Management and operations leadershipPresenting and educating physicians on compensation plans and incentivesForecasting and Budgeting:Partners with Sr. and departmental leaders to oversee the budget creation and periodic forecastingDevelops cost/benefit analyses and staffing needs for key strategies or initiatives Participates and develops company-wide business plan and strategiesVariance Reporting and Analysis:Participate and oversee month end revenue processPerform variance analyses for actual performance vs forecast and budgetAssist in maintaining and enhancing P&L reportingVarious Strategic Analysis:Creation and management of ad hoc requests and reporting from Sr. ManagementAcquisition Analysis and Presentation:Perform detailed financial and qualitative analysis on potential acquisitions of provider groups and network dealsPerform valuation analyses, including multi-year discounted cash flow calculations, and analyses of tax return informationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting 4+ years of FP&A experience Advanced level of proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formula usage, advanced data analysis)Proven executive presence with excellent communication skills Experience translating highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiencesProven solid attention to detail and accuracy Experience working in an ambiguous environment, offering creative solutions to problemsPreferred Qualifications: MBA Degree Hyperion Essbase, database, and/or PeopleSoft experienceExperience working in a collaborative team environmentExperience working in healthcare Experience working directly with providers/physiciansExperience in an internal and/or external client facing rolePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
