Company Description JtC AUSM is a Minnesota-based behavioral health clinic specializing in services for children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The clinic supports Medicaid-eligible families across the Twin Cities metro area through Minnesota’s Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program, emphasizing high-quality, individualized care. Clinicians use a strength-based, individualized approach to therapy that builds social, emotional, and communication skills to help individuals thrive at home, in school, and in the community. JtC AUSM offers Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), a family-centered model that actively involves parents and caregivers in treatment and focuses on dynamic thinking, flexible problem solving, and meaningful relationships. With locations in Burnsville and St. Louis Park, the clinic integrates caregiver coaching, family education, and practical strategies throughout the care journey to empower families as advocates for their children. Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Minnesota, United States. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinical and program operations, including supporting clinicians who provide ASD services, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring adherence to EIDBI requirements and clinic policies. This role includes providing regular staff supervision and coaching, reviewing treatment plans and documentation, and helping maintain high standards of care and client safety. The Supervisor will collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners to coordinate services, respond to concerns, and promote effective communication. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to staff training, assisting with quality improvement initiatives, and supporting intake and referral processes as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in clinical supervision, staff coaching, and team leadership within behavioral health or autism services. Experience with care coordination, family support, and collaborative work with schools, pediatric providers, and case managers. Strong abilities in documentation review, service planning, and maintaining compliance with program and regulatory guidelines (EIDBI experience preferred). Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse families, caregivers, and colleagues. Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple cases, priorities, and on-site operations. Understanding of autism spectrum disorder, strength-based approaches, and family-centered interventions; familiarity with RDI is an asset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, education, or a related field; appropriate licensure or supervision credentials preferred.
