Business Info Analyst II

Create and maintain databases to track business performance Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures Develop and analyze business performance reports for claims, provider, utilization, and other data Identify and document performance deviations and anomalies Create and publish periodic reports Make recommendations based on performance analysis Develop ad hoc reports as needed Translate business requirements into usable decision-support tools Devise diagnostic and tracking data approaches for business issues Requirements BS/BA degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related operational and/or data analysis experience, database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with database structures Experience with standard query and reporting tools Experience with SAAS, SQL, Excel, and model building preferred Previous working experience with projected savings models preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills preferred ServiceNow experience is a plus Previous Elevance Health internship experience Ability to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, potentially several times per week Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless legally required accommodation is granted Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, database structures, and reporting tools to track and improve business performance.
