HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist

Direct message the job poster from ToastandCo We’re seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist to support daily HR and Recruitment operations, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain HR records & prepare HR documents. Support payroll, benefits administration & employee inquiries. Assist with compliance and HR policy updates. Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding. Coordinate intake calls, interviews, and hiring KPIs. Oversee Talent Acquisition reporting & background checks. Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Partners to align recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related. 2+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment & performance management. Proficient in HRIS/ATS (Ceridian Dayforce preferred). Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills.
