Assistant Property Manager

Overview CubeSmart Self Storage offers an Assistant Property Manager role focused on customer service, property maintenance, and ensuring a positive experience for our residents. Responsibilities Manage and maintain storage property, including daily walks, cleaning units and common areas, and addressing maintenance issues. Develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, and provide solutions while delivering outstanding service. Handle sales transactions, meet monthly sales goals, and manage the leasing and payment proces using our POS system. Perform routine lock checks, show units to customers, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments. Complete daily bank deposits and ensure accurate records. Support team in selling merchandise and managing the leasing process, either independently or as part of a team. Ensure facility cleanliness and safety, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, landscaping, parking, fence, walls, and doors. Assist with payouts, manage schedules, and handle work on Saturdays and possible Sunday hours. Benefits & Compensation Weekly payment schedule. Qualifications Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and insurance, plus reliable transportation for the workday. Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and handle up to 50 lbs.
