Assistant Property Manager

Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Systems Experience Required Yardi and Nexus – heavy invoicing so knowledge in these systems is important. Cove – primary tenant management system so knowledge here is important. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and regular property inspections Assist with lease management duties, including lease administration, renewals, and terminations Ensure all interactions with tenants comply with legal and company guidelines Resolve tenant complaints and address service issues promptly Assist in the move‑in and move‑out process, including property inspections and security deposit assessments Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports on tenant service activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as accounting and legal, to provide cohesive tenant services Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention Experience 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role Skills Required Proficiency in property management software (eg, Yardi, AppFolio) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time‑management skills Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced work environment Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law Basic understanding of building maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
