Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.Our technical expertise is paired with an exceptional team of business development, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, and marketing professionals, all of whom play a key role in bringing our commitments to life every day.Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports business development and marketing efforts by coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, marketing materials, and client information for our engineering teams. This role works closely with technical professionals and marketing team members to develop polished, accurate, and compelling content that showcases our experience and capabilities.The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting RFQ/RFP and proposal development, maintaining resumes and project information, coordinating project photography and special events, managing CRM data, and assisting with lead generation and other marketing initiatives.This position is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience—preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry—to continue developing their proposal, communications, and marketing skills while contributing to a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:Write and maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.Assist with Letter ProposalsAssist with RFQ/RFP responsesConduct lead searches and follow up on emails from such searchesKeep client contact database updated (using CRM)Coordinate project photography with project teamLead the development of qualifications packages, including updating and preparing resumes, project profiles, projects lists, etc.Assist with planning and coordinating special events, as neededAssist with special projects and backs up others in the department, as neededQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or similar degree (or a commensurate level of skills)Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the AEC industryProficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and PhotoshopGraphic design skills would be idealSkills Required:Good time management and organizational skillsBasic understanding of AEC industry terminology and proceduresWorking knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resourcesAbility to work with multiple projects while managing deadlinesExperience in a marketing role producing proposals and related marketing materialsAbility to effectively coordinate projects by communicating with remote team membersExperience in editing/proofreading narrative written by technical professionalsExcellent grammar and communication skills, both written and oralThe ability to organize and negotiate on project schedules and manage multiple deadlines and assignmentsProficient with CRM database software, building automated report and creating systems for data management input/output (knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint a plus)Promotes positive attitude and imageFosters team cohesionCommunicates confidentialityInspired by collaboration in a diverse environmentTakes initiativeLocation: Lakewood, COTravel: N/ACompensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
