Salary: $78,000-$86,000 Per year

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and create opportunities for children to learn in a fun and nurturing environment
• Oversee cases in clinic, School/Daycare, community, and in some cases home.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for improving kids' functional social, life and communication skills and independence
• Create treatment plans to address goals and barriers to learning
• Write and oversee behavior plans to prevent challenging behavior and to teach alternative skills
• Further the PLS mission of making our community a better place to live for individuals with disabilities and their families

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
• High caliber character with strong commitment to ethics and a team player
• Ability to build rapport with children and expertise in play and natural environment teaching
• Master's Degree in related field and active certification as a BCBA (required)
• Experience withCentralReach (preferred)
