Job Description:
- Arrange all transportation for activities
- Confirm all travel times with coaches and opponents
- Confirm officials and event staff
- Communicate student release times
- Run student grade reports
- Maintain student records and team rosters
- Maintain Big 9 website
- Maintain MSHSL official school/activity website for Albert Lea
- Build event programs
- Maintain and process student awards
- Greet visitors and assist with building reception
- Assist with registrations and other duties as needed
- Under general direction from the school administrator, performs a wide variety of computer/clerical office duties requiring specialized knowledge of the District systems; implements office procedures; and performs related work as required
- Performs various office clerical and support functions such greeting visitors, answering/transferring, and determining urgency of calls.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Assists secretary and administrators in other office tasks as needed.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills and proficiency using PC-related equipment
- Customer service and word processing skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Time management and attention to detail
- Experience working with youth and adults
- Ability to take directives and complete tasks
- Can handle multiple tasks
- 1.0 FTE, Lane B21 Based on applicant's experience
