Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Experience providing PT services in school settings is preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct dynamic physical therapy evaluations for approximately three students who may qualify for services
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and educational goals
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions, estimated at about one hour per week following completion of evaluations
• Document services provided and monitor student progress in accordance with school and professional guidelines
• Provide insightful recommendations and education to staff and families to support student access and participation
• Adjust therapy in line with evolving student IEP/504 plans and eligibility criteria
