CONTRACT TERM

12 months assignment with high likelihood of extension/conversion to full time employee POSITION OVERVIEW – Business Analyst III - B2B CARE Business Operations Analyst This role maintains vendor relationships and acts as a business analyst for non-IT projects, sitting above an administrative level but below a management level. The B2B CARE Business Operations Analyst is responsible for carrying out organizational operations functions including Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) Management, contract review, operational project support, and warranty management, along with maintaining project management processes including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. This role typically reports to a project manager or director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support Support projects including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates Collaborate cross-departmentally to support B2B customer satisfaction Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders Support reporting preparation for senior leadership and the Global HQ office Develop and improve B2B service processes in alignment with B2B customer expectations Support strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for team targets Support inventory management and parts demand forecasting Provide day-to-day operational support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field required 5 years of related experience (3–5 years of related administrative and project management experience) Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite Must have demonstrated project and program management skills Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
