We’ve spent more than 40 years helping customers around the world move products efficiently and keep their supply chains running smoothly. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to add an Accounting Coordinator to our team!
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and bank reconciliations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working through discrepancies, and making sure the numbers add up.
What You’ll Do
- Process and post incoming customer payments and outgoing vendor payments.
- Support daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and research discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
- Review account activity, identify inconsistencies, and follow up to resolve outstanding issues.
- Assist with general accounting tasks and other projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Familiarity with payment processing & bank reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolutions.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
