Senior Business Process Analyst

Pacific Life is investing in talent to build a $1BM revenue, profitable new business in the Workforce Benefits market. We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Workforce Benefits Division in Omaha, NE, Charlotte, NC or Chattanooga, TN. The role can be hybrid or 100% remote for those living in the Chattanooga area. Responsibilities Analyze traditional business processes and the capabilities of the Pacific Life technology stack to identify solutions that are simple, innovative, and scalable. Develop and implement business processes that support a $1 Billion business, enabling growth and evolution. Advocate for business needs and develop deep knowledge of why technology and process decisions are made. Stay current on the latest digital technologies and trends, and recommend their implementation within the division. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes. Develop and implement testing plans to evaluate new processes and tools. Monitor and measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and adjust as needed. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet their needs. Participate in planning and work with Architects to understand enabler related work. Qualifications Workforce benefits experience is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in support and analysis roles. Strong desire to participate in building Agile Product Management within a start‑up, growth business in a large organization. Demonstrated ability to support third‑party implementations and testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management and implementation of digital solutions. Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and process mapping.
