Docketing Specialist

Seeking full-time Docketing Specialist to join our Docketing Department. Offers competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and professional growth opportunities. Hours are 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Processing client correspondence and accurately docketing necessary deadlines. Reviewing and entering USPTO and foreign correspondence for Patent and Trademark matters into the docketing system. Monitoring and updating case records to ensure deadline compliance. Coordinating with attorneys and staff to maintain docketing accuracy. Generating and distributing docket reports as needed. Identifying and resolving docketing discrepancies or issues. Desired Qualities Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Excellent attention to detail skills Ability to problem-solve and work independently Strong Microsoft Office experience with fast/accurate typing – minimum 40 wpm Ability to work in a fast-paced office.
