Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress metrics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to manage acute situations appropriately and safely.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Good Samaritan Marriage Counseling, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and demographics. Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of clinical assessment techniques and evidence-based therapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.

Preferred Experience

• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
