Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional wellness, ensuring accurate initial diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to reflect progress and changing circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, drawing from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor clients’ progress through consistent tracking, documentation, and feedback sessions, making informed adjustments to therapeutic approaches as needed.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards governing mental health documentation.
• Collaborate with an esteemed team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health, incorporating new knowledge into your practice to enhance treatment efficacy.
