Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to identify treatment needs and triage care effectively.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to deliver effective care tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary care plans by documenting client progress and collaborating with other healthcare professionals during patient rounds and team meetings.
• Providing case management and advocating for clients by liaising with community resources, hospitals, and other supporting programs to ensure they receive the best possible care.
• Maintaining ethical standards and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies, ensuring high-quality record-keeping and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in client assessment and counseling.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is a plus, as our clinic primarily focuses on remote therapy.
• Familiarity with various clinical modalities and techniques for diverse patient populations will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Benefits include:
