Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the diverse challenges experienced by clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide an integrative care approach that addresses the whole person.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues, promoting their active involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Summit Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with varying mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
