The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This entry-level position supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring orders are processed, labeled, and shipped according to company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
• Label packages and complete shipping documentation.
• Operate shipping software and scanners as needed.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Inspect packages for quality and damage prior to shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is helpful.
• Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).
