LockNClimb is seeking a dependable, hardworking Shipping & Receiving / Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that supports daily warehouse operations, product assembly, shipping and receiving, crating finished products, material pickups, and inventory organization.

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including crating, packaging, and labeling.
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors using a company vehicle.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area.
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking materials.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
