Shipping And Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping And Receiving Clerk to manage the incoming and outgoing shipments for our company. This role involves inspecting, documenting, loading, and unloading products while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Unload trucks and move products to designated storage areas
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Coordinate shipping schedules and communicate with carriers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipment documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely (certification may be required)
• Ensure loading docks and shipping areas are clean and organized
• Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or shipping issues promptly
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
