Industrial Shipping & Receiving Associate Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Saturday Location: East Tulsa, OK

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in East Tulsa. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, picking, preparing, and processing materials and products for shipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment where accuracy, safety, organization, and productivity are extremely important. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to accurately compare part numbers, quantities, shipping documents, labels, and warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against shipping and receiving documentation
• Pick and prepare parts, materials, and products according to work orders, packing lists, or shipping instructions
• Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, bin locations, and order information before materials are shipped or moved
• Identify and report shortages, overages, damaged materials, or other discrepancies
• Package, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and material counts
• Organize materials in designated warehouse and storage locations
• Safely work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Inspect pallets and materials for damage before use or shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and company work instructions
• Communicate discrepancies or questions to supervisors rather than making assumptions
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations

Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, order picking, or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify differences in part numbers, labels, quantities, and locations

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication

Ability to read and follow packing lists, shipping documents, work orders, and inventory information

Ability to accurately count materials and identify inventory discrepancies

Understanding of basic warehouse and forklift safety

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Ability to lift and move materials as required

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Must be available for overtime and Saturdays as scheduled

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
