Actuary- Stop Loss & ASO Pricing

Health Insurance Actuarial RoleHealth insurance actuary role focused on stop loss pricing for Curative's ASO/self-funded plans, based in Austin, TX. You will own the end-to-end actuarial mechanics including pricing, reserving, experience studies, and state rate filings. This highly visible role partners with underwriting, sales, finance, and regulators. ASA required; FSA and MAAA preferred. Salary range $150,000–$190,000.Key RequirementsASA designation required3+ years health actuarial experience with stop loss/ASO pricingBachelor's degree in math, stats, actuarial science, or relatedAdvanced Excel modeling and analytical skillsExperience with state rate filings and SERFF preferredSkills & DomainTools: Excel Domain: Employer medical stop loss pricing Self-funded ASO plan mechanics State health insurance rate filings IBNP/IBNR estimation and reserving Experience studies and credibility analysis Acturhire
