Banquet Captain

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team in Lake Ozark, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong banquet knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure seamless banquet operations. Responsibilities Oversee banquet events from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Meet with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, providing professional guidance and support. Coordinate with banquet staff and other departments to ensure smooth event execution. Understand and implement proper table configurations and room setups according to event specifications. Supervise banquet team members, providing leadership and support during events. Report directly to the Banquet Manager and Food and Beverage Director regarding event progress, issues, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards. Qualifications Proven banquet knowledge and experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to meet and communicate effectively with clients. Experience working collaboratively within a team environment. Understanding of various table configurations and event setups. Ability to report and communicate clearly with management.
