Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown in collaboration with event planners and kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of guest service, promptly addressing any issues or special requests. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards throughout banquet operations. Train and motivate banquet team members to deliver exceptional service and teamwork. Manage event timelines and communicate effectively with all departments involved. Assist in inventory management and preparation of banquet areas prior to events.
