RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor Full time Shift: Days Pay Range: up to $90,000 DOQ Great Pay, Flexible Hours, and Days! White Pine Senior Living is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for our Mendota Heights location.

- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- Follow up to physician's orders
- Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- Provide on-going training to staff
- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- Ensure survey readiness at all times
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
- Able to critically think and problem solve
- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills.
