Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring environment for patients, visitors, and staff while bringing reliability, agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access-related activities at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor assigned areas for policy compliance, assist with visitor directions and general questions, and complete required reports related to observations, incidents, and/or daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
