Reports To: Production Administration Manager Department: Production Essential Responsibilities The Production Coordinator, under the direction of Production Administration Manager, supports the Production Department by managing documentation, schedules and administrative tasks to ensure efficient project execution. This position requires a strong background in managing workflows, documentation and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and effectively coordinate across departments, vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Specific Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and complete record books (internal and customer versions).
• Organize, file and manage production records (both physical files and digital copies).
• Ensure all information and documentation accessed by multiple team members is accurately maintained and kept current.
• Coordinate supervisor training needs with the Training Department, maintaining training schedules to ensure compliance while aligning sessions with open availability to avoid project conflicts.
• Support process optimization by streamlining workflows and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Provide general support to the Production Department as needed to meet operational deadlines.
• Additional cross functional duties as needed.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in workflow management, documentation control and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to anticipate departmental needs and respond proactively.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Prior experience in production coordination, project administration or a related field preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with regular interaction across departments.
• Occasional support on the production floor may be required.
• Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project needs.

Must be able to:

• Use manual dexterity frequently.
• Sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Occasionally carry, lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds of dead weight.
• Sit and stand.
