We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to support our key accounts and sales operations team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate data, smooth account execution, and successful product launches while anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, managing customer product portals and ensuring accuracy of data, product listings, and pricing.
• Proactively monitor account activity to identify discrepancies, upcoming needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage administrative tasks (mailings, documentation, tracking) to support timely execution and communication.
• Anticipate and support key account requests, tracking activity and following up to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Support weekly and monthly sales reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Use Excel to analyze performance, identify trends and highlight gaps or anomalies.
• Prepare reports and forecasts to support decision making.
• Communicate client requirements to internal teams such as sales, marketing, logistics and operations to support account needs and improve processes to ensure timely processing of orders or requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance service delivery.
• Support enhancements to internal tools and systems by providing feedback and recommendations based on day-to-day use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales support, account management, or operations.
• Strong Excel skills required for data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and creation of ad hoc reports, etc.
• Highly detailed with strong organizational abilities.
• Energetic, positive demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve with a focus on optimizing workflows.
