Our organization operates Monday through Saturday, giving you the opportunity to design your own work hours, accommodating 10 to 40 hours of client sessions per week. You'll have access to in-house credentialing and assistance with insurance management, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying specific mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to clients' changing needs.

• Engage in direct communication with interdisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and collaborative meetings to discuss treatment updates and necessary adjustments.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Provide case management services by coordinating with community resources and medical professionals to enhance the comprehensive care of assigned clients.

Qualifications\n
