Canvassing Manager - Field Sales (High Earning Potential) Solar Works Energy Colorado Solar Works Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team in residential solar. This is a field-based leadership role requiring a mix of door-to-door sales skills, team management, and performance accountability . What We Offer:
- $3,000/month base salary (upon meeting performance benchmarks)
- Lucrative commission structure - high payouts per solar installation

- Average total compensation: $6,000-$10,000+/mo

- Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
- Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
- Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
