What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, close — for roles across the business
• Build and refine recruiting and outreach strategies for key and hard-to-fill roles
• Own the day-to-day management of open roles while helping hiring managers think creatively and strategically about how to find and attract the right talent.
• Develop and refine sourcing approaches to build strong, diverse talent pipelines
• Partner with marketing to develop and execute employer branding and recruitment campaigns - bringing fresh ideas and practical solutions to finding great talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify the core skills and experience they need
• Work with hiring managers to identify the core skills and experience needed for each role 
• Make the interview process the best part of a candidate's job search — with timely communication, honest updates, and no one left hanging 
• Use hiring data to track key metrics, identify trends, and manage candidate volume throughout the hiring process
• Champion a hiring process that's fair, fast, and positive for everyone

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience 
• A track record of filling roles on time without sacrificing quality
• Sharp instincts for reading people, plus the discipline to back it up with consistent, proven processes
• Comfort juggling multiple open roles and shifting priorities 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
