We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Accounting Manager to support month-end close and financial reporting for a multi-site healthcare environment during a centralized accounting transition.

We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Accounting Manager to support month-end close and financial reporting for a multi-site healthcare environment during a centralized accounting transition.
What You’ll Do
- Own the month-end close process for assigned facilities
- Review and prepare journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet analysis
- Lead post-close review, variance analysis, and reporting
- Serve as the primary accounting partner to site leadership
- Streamline and improve close processes and accounting controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and joint venture reporting as needed
- 5 years of healthcare or facility accounting experience
- Prior experience managing or leading others
- Strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
- Comfortable reviewing JEs and explaining financial results
- Experience working in large, centralized accounting environments
- ERP experience required
- Oracle Fusion strongly preferred
