Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Method Staffing We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients growing accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. RESPONSBILITIES Process 3-way match invoices, verifying and reconciling them against purchase orders and receiving documentation Accurately handle non-PO transactions with correct general ledger coding and departmental allocations Manage domestic and international payment processing Conduct vendor statement reconciliations and accounts payable aging analysis Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments Reconcile monthly credit card and bank transactions Administer the corporate expense program and card reconciliations Audit and process employee expense reports and credit card bills Maintain thorough, accurate AP records in accordance with accounting best practices Respond to vendor inquiries with professionalism and clarity QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred 2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in logistics, customs brokerage, or import-related industries Hands-on experience with NetSuite Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial reporting tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities Familiarity with automated payment processing systems Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Method Staffing by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Student loan assistance Disability insurance Paid paternity leave Tuition assistance Get notified about new Accounts Payable Analyst jobs in Broward County, FL .
